Hoosiers wondering where they can find resources to help with immediate housing needs can turn to a free online resource — IndianaHousingNow.org.

It is available for renters and property managers.

One resource found on the website is the Indiana Emergency Rental Assistance Program, which provides financial assistance for rent and utility bills to Indiana residents. Eligible constituents can use the website to apply to the program and check their application status.

The site also helps renters search for available housing. Users can find links to homebuyer education, down payment assistance and other homebuying resources if they are looking to purchase a home.

Property managers can upload and list available properties directly on the site.
