Wilma (Allen) Reneau, age 87, of New Castle, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 3, 1935, in Albany, Kentucky to the late Duff & Zelma (Snedigar) Allen.
Wilma married the love of her life Raymond Reneau and enjoyed several years of marriage until his passing in 1983. Wilma was a former member of the New Castle Moose Lodge. She enjoyed watching WWE Wrestling & NASCAR. She also enjoyed the game show network. She was a good cook and even after her health would not allow, she would still help making sure things were done right in the kitchen. More than anything she cherished her time with her family.
Wilma is survived by her sons, Mickey & Randy Reneau as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents listed above and husband Raymond; son Ronnie Reneau: brothers: Gayron & Burnell Allen: sister; Ava Riggle and special friend Paul Cordell Dickerson.
Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 am on Monday January 9, 2023, at Rose City Funeral 2011 Broad St New Castle, IN 47362. A graveside service will take place at 11:30 January 9, 2023, with Pastor Tony Piper officiating at South Mound Cemetery.
