Wayne Kent Garrett, 63, of Richmond, died on January 11, 2023, at his home. He was born November 29, 1959, in Richmond to David K. Garrett and Vina Gill Wallace and lived here all his life. He worked for the Electrolux Corporation and was an Army veteran.
