Timothy T. Seffrin, 80, of Hagerstown, died Saturday, February 18, 2023, at Reid Health.
He was born in New Castle on December 1, 1942 to Theodore H. and Mary Ellen (Reese) Seffrin and was a life long resident of the Hagerstown area. He served with the US Air Force. Tim was Vice President of International Sales for Dana Corp. and Sealed Power. He was a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, where he enjoyed singing in the choir and serving as cantor. He was formerly Hagerstown Town Judge.
Survivors include 5 daughters, Melissa Semler (Chad), Theresa Seffrin (Scott Berger). Jennifer Seffrin (Deotis Tucker), Rebecca Smith (Ryan) and Natalie Rattan (Abhay); 15 grandchildren; 4 siblings, Dr. John Seffrin, Ellen Johnson, Susan Thomas and Clare Bond.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Ann Seffrin in 2015 and a sister, Rosemary Seffrin.
Visitation will be 4 to 6 PM on Sunday, February 26, at Culberson Funeral Home, Hagerstown, where a Rosary service will be conducted at 6 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 AM on Monday, February 27, at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church. Fr. John Hall will officiate. Burial will follow in West Lawn Cemetery.
