Ronald Eugene Doan, age 79, of Richmond, Indiana, died Monday, March 27, 2023, at Brickyard Healthcare-Golden Rule.
Born May 5, 1943, in Richmond, Indiana, to Russell and Mary Sturgis Murray, Ronald was a resident of this community for his whole life. He was self-employed in home construction, building and selling homes. He enjoyed golf, travel and cars. Ronald was a member of the Lutheran Church.
Survivors include his sisters, Elayne (Nestor) Arididon, of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Charmaine Satterfield, of Williamsburg, Indiana; brothers, Terry L. (Janet) Murray, of Richmond, Indiana, and Phil Neal Garrett of Florida; nieces; nephews; and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Myer Doan, who died in 2003; parents; grandmother, Mary M. Doan; sister, Debbie Spencer; brothers, Mike Murray and Eddie Doan; and nephews, Rick Doan, and Kenneth Berry Jr.
