Priscilla A. Shinkle, 81, of Centerville, passed away on February 25 at Reid Health. She was born in Paoli, Indiana on July 23, 1941, the daughter of Harley W. & Maxine R. Smith Shinkle.
Priscilla was a 1959 graduate of Williamsburg High School. She retired as a Production Planner at Belden after over 40 years of service. Priscilla was a member of the Sanctuary of Light in Williamsburg. She lived in Centerville for over 40 years. She loved growing flowers and was admired by her neighbors for her green thumb skills.
Priscilla will be missed by her sisters & brothers-in-law, Harlina & Leonard Conner and Jill & David Taylor; sister-in-law, Mary Shinkle; close family friends, Tony & Sheila Johnson; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and many wonderful friends. Priscilla was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Bonnie George and brother, Max Shinkle. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The Smith-McQuiston & Webster Funeral Home, Fountain City, is assisting with arrangements.
