Phillip T. Lindsay, age 73, of Connersville, passed away on February 4, 2023 at Reid Health in Richmond. Phillip was born on March 28, 1949 in Connersville the son of Ray Lindsay and Joyce Lackey Lindsay Cushing.
Phillip was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints where he was very active in the church holding numerous Callings. He retired from Ford/Visteon after several years of service. He also worked at D & M and was a proud Rainbow Sweeper Salesman.
He was a huge science fiction fan. You could find him watching any number of science fiction shows with Star Trek and Star Wars among his favorites. He enjoyed listening to classic rock music, and spending time with his family.
Those he has left behind to cherish is love and memory include his parents, Ray and Joyce; his children, Andrea Fisher, Shannon Brooke Finlay, and Justin (Jovey) Lindsay. He will be thought of often by his brothers, Jerry (Melinda) Lindsay, Chris Lindsay and Steve Lindsay; grandchildren, Nichole, Colton, Nikalos, Peyton, and Gabriella, as well as several great grandchildren.
Phillip is preceded in death by a son, Nick Alan Lindsay and a daughter Rae Anne DiStaci.
Friends and family may gather at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 2012 S State Road 1, Connersville, on Wednesday February 8, 2023, from 3:00 to 4:00 pm with services conducted at 4:00 pm. Keeping with Phillips wishes cremation was chosen.
