Nikki Lee Riley, age 29, of Richmond, Indiana, died Friday, March 10, 2023, at home.
Born June 29, 1993, in Richmond, Indiana, to Timothy and Laura Riley, Nikki lived in Centerville most of her life. She was a firefighter with Centerville FD. Nikki enjoyed You Tube and had over 30,000 followers. She enjoyed going to comic con conventions and was an accomplished author, publishing many books. Nikki liked to make people laugh and was very caring. She enjoyed playing video games and spending time with her son. Nikki liked to help people through dark times.
Survivors include her parents; son, Thomas Lee Wombold; and fiancé, Terry Love; grandmothers, Janice Riley and Melvana Brandenburg; uncles, Jeff Riley and Michael (Brandi) Brandenburg; aunts, Jennifer Brandenburg, Tara Wombold and Amy Mumpower; cousins, Jacob Riley, Judy Brandenburg, Forest Brandenburg, Aryal Shaffer, Jolia Shaffer, Liam Shaffer, and Charlie Shaffer.
She was preceded in death by grandfathers, Franklin D. Riley and Darry Brandenburg; great grandmother, Imogene Brandenburg; great grandfather, Forest Brandenburg; and uncle, Chad Riley.
Visitation for Nikki Lee Riley will be from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 16, 2023, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 16, 2023, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
