Larry “LT” J. Taylor, age 65, passed away at home peacefully on March 2, 2023. He was born February 14, 1958, the son Artimus Taylor Sr. and Elease Quisenberry Taylor, in Richmond, Indiana.
Larry was a lifelong resident of Richmond, Indiana, and he attended Cornerstone Christian Fellowship Church. He attended Richmond Community Schools and worked for Richmond Housing Authority. His hobbies included fishing, music and watching sports. His favorite team was the Lakers and the Cleveland Browns. Larry was a great supporter and would advocate for his family and friends. His favorite Bible verse was Ecclesiastes 3:1-9.
He leaves to cherish his memory his siblings; sisters: special acknowledgement to sister Mary Elease Taylor, Joyce Stone of Muncie, IN, Rita Taylor and Tina Youngblood; brothers: Jimmy Taylor, (Martha Taylor), Ronald Taylor, Artimus (Fawn) Taylor of Dayton, OH, Sidney Taylor, Jake (Ellen) Mabry, Michael (Tina) Quisenberry and Anthony “Tony” Taylor; two nieces: Kyra Youngblood and Octavia Youngblood; nephew: David Youngblood; and a host of other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Artimus Taylor Sr. and Elease Quisenberry Taylor; sister: Patricia Ann Caldwell (Columbus, OH) and a brother: Phillip Duane Taylor (Richmond, IN).
Funeral services will be held at Community Family Funeral Home on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at 12 Noon, with Dr. Derek White, Pastor officiating. Family and friends may call Saturday at the funeral home two hours prior to the service. Burial will follow at Earlham Cemetery.
