Faye E. Morris, age 89, of Richmond, Indiana, died Sunday, January 1, 2023, at Reid Health.
Born February 3, 1933, in Richmond, Indiana, to Glen W. and Edna M. Settles Hardwick, Faye was a life-long resident of Richmond. She was a lifetime member of VFW 1108 Auxiliary and the Marine Corps League, and a member of American Legion Post #315. She retired from the Wayne County Department of Social Services.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Jean Breese; brother, Jack Hardwick; and special friend, Joe Coblentz.
The family would like to give special thanks to Larry Norris and Teresa Garard for their help and companionship.
Per Faye’s wishes, there will be no public services. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Goshen Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.
