Elizabeth Ann “Betty” Morris, age 82, of Liberty, Indiana, died Monday, February 6, 2023, at Reid Health. Born September 3, 1940, in Lowell, Massachusetts, to Daniel and Irene Marcotte Mullen, Betty lived in Wayne County most of her life.
Betty worked alongside her husband, Dr. Gerald Morris, in his dental practice for many years. Survivors include her sons, Clay (Tammy) Carman, of Liberty, Indiana, and Andrew (Tammy) Carman, of Richmond, Indiana; daughter, Beth Lyssyj, of Houston, Texas; sister, Johanna Shank of Las Vegas, Nevada; 7 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dr. Gerald Morris; and brother, Robert Mullen. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.
