Deborah A. Logston, 60, of New Castle passed away February 25, 2023 after a life long fight with Diabetes and MS. She was born October 18, 1962 in New Castle, a daughter of the late Eugene Cole and Josephine (Gorman) Cole.
She enjoyed spending time with family and going to her grandchildren’s sporting events. Debbie loved music, going to concerts and being outdoors. She was a diehard fan of the Green Bay Packers and Chiefs. Debbie also enjoyed soap operas, game shows and playing cards. She was also a great cook. Debbie was a graduate of New Castle Chrysler High School.
Survivors include a son, Daniel (Ashley) Pierce; step sons, Josh (Mindy) Logston and Seth (Brianna) Logston; grandson, Dakota Pierce; step grandchildren, Jace Logston, Cade Logston and Connor Claywell; brother, David Cole; sister, Naomi (Richard) Smith; nephew, Darren (Brittany) Green.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the love of her life husband; Jamie Logston; first husband: Michael E Pierce; daughter, Michelle Dawn.
Services will be held at 7:00 pm Thursday March 2, 2023 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Stephen Gallaway officiating. A private burial will be Friday in South Mound Cemetery West Lawn Addition. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until time of service March 2, 2023.
