Danny K. Sutton Sr., age 62, of New Castle, passed away peacefully Monday, January 16, 2023, at his home. He was born February 11, 1960, in Albany, Kentucky to the late William Sutton & Jewel (Marcum) Harris.
Danny worked for 23 years for Farm Fans Inc and D&D Brakes in Fortville for 16 years. He loved watching Western’s on TV, going fishing playing basketball and IU Basketball. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR, especially Mark Martin. More than anything he cherished his time with his family whom he loved with all of his heart.
Danny is survived by 2 sons; Danny Sutton Jr. and Rodney (Alyssa) Sutton: 2 sisters Diane (Larry Coon) Groce and Jean Flynn and 3 brothers, James Sutton, Billy (Mary) McFalls and David Harris as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents listed above and step-mother Twilla Sutton.
Visitation will take place on Friday January 20, 2023, at Rose City Funeral Home 2011 Broad St in New Castle from 11:00 Am until service time at 1:00 PM. Pastor Joe Joplin from The House Ministries will be officiating. Burial will take place at a later date at Green Hills Memory Gardens in New Castle.
