Barbara A. Clouse, 81, of Losantville passed away Saturday February 4, 2023 at her home. She was born on October 11, 1941 in White County, TN to the late Hulon and Callie (Howell) Sliger.
She retired from Precision Wire in Hagerstown after 24 years of service. Barbara enjoyed gardening and her flowers. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with grandchildren.
Barbara is survived by her children, James R. Clouse and Jenifer (Jacob) Jones; son-in-law, Sam Day; grandchildren, Derrick Day, Shae Day, Jason Clouse, Chris Clouse and Erin Haddix; 6 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild; sister, Harriet Hancock.
In addition to her parents Barbara is preceded in death by her husband, James E. Clouse; daughter, Michele Day; sisters, Jean Hoover, Janie Clouse, Wanda Mohler, Judy Rolfe and Darinda Dickerson; brother, Johnny Clouse.
Per Barbara’s request there will be no public services. Arrangements have been entrusted to Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle. Memorial contributions can be given to the Little Red Door 2311 W Jackson St, Muncie, IN 47303.
