Virginia Judd, 66, formerly of Connersville, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at Eskanazi Hospital, Indianapolis.

She was born November 8, 1955 in Connersville to Kenneth and Delores Ward Pebworth.

On July 21, 1972, she married Royce Lowell Judd in Greensburg, Indiana. Together, they lived in Connersville. Following Lowell’s death on March 29, 2011, Virginia moved to Indianapolis to be with family.

A devoted homemaker, she loved taking care of her home and family. She also spent time working at J&J Packaging.

In her leisure, she enjoyed baking, embroidering, and watching her precious grandchildren.

Survivors include four children, Cristina L. Judd, Nancy (Michael) Rowland, and Bruce Hammond, all of Indianapolis, and Talitha (Jimmy) Campbell of Waldron, Indiana; five grandchildren and one great grandson; three siblings, Linda Burns and Thomas (Marjorie) Pebworth, both of Connersville, and Joyce Redd of Richmond; two sisters-in-law, Rani Judd and Janice Oglesby, both of Guilford, Indiana; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 38 years, Royce Lowell Judd; a son, Christopher Judd; two brothers, Ernest and Kenneth Pebworth; and two brothers-in-law, Bill Burns and John Redd.

Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Harold Adams officiating. Burial will be in Dale Cemetery.
