Sylvia L. Veal, age 87, of Richmond, died Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at majestic Care in Connersville. She was born May 3, 1935, in Richmond to Elbert Ott and Lena Robinett Harkleroad and lived here all her life. She worked as a Home Health Caregiver.
Survivors include her daughter Darlena Rankin, two grandchildren Ragina Cole and Kristina Burton, and four great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband Charlie Veal, her parents, one brother, and one sister.
