Robert Clyde Stevens, age 76, of New Paris, Ohio, died Thursday, December 8, 2022, at his home.
Born April 30, 1946, in Richmond, Indiana, to Raymond Frank and Hazel Bennette Cheney Stevens, Robert was a life-long resident of New Paris. He retired from Dana Corporation in 1998 after 30 years of service. He enjoyed fishing and playing Euchre.
Survivors include his daughter, Shannon (Robert) Rojas-York of Lynn, Indiana; son, Robert (Julie) Stevens of Plymouth, Michigan; grandchildren, Isiah Stevens of Cockman, Georgia, Madison Stevens of Dunwoody, Georgia, Marco and Rico Rojas both of Lynn, Indiana, great-grandchild, Selene Backing; brother Kenard and Jack Stevens; sister, Delores Smith; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Stevens, who he married in 1965; parents; and brother, Donald Stevens.
Visitation for Robert Clyde Stevens will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home. Burial will be in Springlawn Cemetery, New Paris, Ohio.
