Phillip Jayson Conner, age 62, passed away Sunday, October 9, 2022 at IU Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN. He was born September 27, 1960, in New Castle, Indiana, the son of the late Dalton and Della (Laymance) Conner.
Phillip was a 1979 graduate of Chrysler High School. He had previously been employed with Metaldyne, Box Factory, Brooks Foods and the State Hospital.
Phillip is survived by his wife, Carolyn (Wise) Conner, whom he married in 2003; four daughters, Krista Dubinger, Leah Wiggins, Hannah Chesher, and Kylie White; one son, Thomas K. Wiggins; one sister, Jerrie Hinson; several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Chad Conner; two brothers, Michael Conner and Larry Laymance; one sister, Patricia Laymance.
