Pamela Maples, 68, of Richmond, IN, gained her wings and went home to be with Our Lord & Savior, and her reunite with her son, Cole Maples, on Sunday, December 11th, 2022.

Pam, “Momma”, “Dammy”, Maples was a loving, caring, headstrong woman whose beauty radiated not only from the outside, but especially from within. She was outgoing, generous, and a very compassionate woman who never met a stranger. She had a wonderful sense of humor with a truly infectious laugh, and she was dedicated to helping the community by fostering and finding forever homes for many animals throughout the years. Pam enjoyed traveling, music, cooking, gardening, watching football, and spending quality time with everyone.

Pam is survived by and leaves to cherish her memories with loved ones from across the country; sons, Shawn Maples (AZ), Kyle Maples (TX), daughter Dawn (Maples) Stevens (TX), step-sons Mike Maples and Anthony Maples (IN), grand-daughters Destiny Stevens (TX) Kilynn Maples & Kaitlin Bales (IN), grandson Dalton (IN), multiple great grandchildren, 3 “Daughter Childs” Mel, T, and Dory (IN), her precious furbaby Tilly, special friends: Gary, Tina Hewitt, and her cherished lifelong best friend, sister, and partner in crime, Carla Eberwein.

There are no public services.  Following cremation, Pamela will be laid to rest with her son, Cole Maples.  Community Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.  Send online condolences to the family via the guestbook at www.communityfamilyfh.com
