Linda Lou Wright, 69, of Connersville passed away December 22, 2022 at her residence. Linda was born July 27, 1953 to the late Ralph Cheek and Agnes Hibbard Isaacs.
Linda worked in the manufacturing industry most of her life, she worked at Ford/Visteon for 25 years prior to her retirement.
She was united in marriage on December 17, 2007, to Richard Wright in Connersville Indiana. They were able to spend 15 years loving years together prior to her passing. Linda and Richard had a special kind of love, the kind of love that is read of in fairytale books.
Linda was a homemaker she loved to cook and clean her home. She often relaxed while coloring a page in her book. Linda loved to shop until she dropped. Most importantly Linda loved to spend time with her family. Like any grandmother, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her favorite.
Linda is survived by her husband of 15 years Richard. Her memories will be cherished forever by her daughters; Angela (John) Jones, Ashley (Jeff) Gentry, and Amber (Donald McIntosh) Asbury. Also, her bonus children, Ricky (Jennifer) Wright, Adam (Hilary) Wright, and Dustin (Micah) Wright. Nana will be missed greatly by her grandchildren, Trevor Jones, Kylie Jones, Cameron Jones, Dakota Gentry, Merecedes Miller, Tyler Ellis, and several bonus grandchildren. The memories of Nana will live on in the lives of her 7 great-grandchildren and one on the way.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, and a grandson Michael Gentry.
Friends and family may gather at Urban Winkler Funeral Home, 513 W 8th Street, Connersville, on Wednesday January 4, 2023, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Tim Flutey at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Dale Cemetery.
