Kathy S Mullins, age 63, a long-time resident of Connersville, passed away on November 22, 2022, at Reid Hospital in Richmond Indiana. Kathy was born on August 15, 1959, in Connersville, the daughter of the late Harmon and Mary Mullins.
Kathy was a waitress at Parkview Restaurant in Connersville for over 22 years. Her favorite part about her job was singing to people off key, she loved to embarrass people and sing them Happy Birthday. Prior to her retirement she worked as a clerk at Speedway gas station for 20+ years. She participated in a weight loss program in Connersville known as TOPS, at one time she was crowned queen for the most weight loss in a month. Kathy was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who cherished the time she spent with her family.
Her memories and love will be forever cherished by her children, daughter Sommer (Bruce) Raines; and son, Johnathan (Amber) Robbins. Her sisters, Linda Hines, and Jayna Mays will remember the wonderful person their sister was. She will be thought of often by her grandchildren Cynthia, Kendra, Hunter, Nicholas, Vincent, Luna, Lillith, and Madeline; and great grandchildren, Maya, Ari, and Celeste as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her infant sister Cynthia Anne Mullins.
Friends may gather with the family on Monday November 28, 2022, from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Urban Winkler Funeral Home, 513 W 8th Street, Connersville. Funeral service will be conducted at 6:00 pm with Elder Mike Chasteen officiating.
