Dae’Lynn Khy’Lani Dorae Mathis, beloved daughter of Kaya Moore and D’Juan Mathis, was born sleeping December 20, 2022, at Reid Health.
We are forever grateful that we got to see and hold our beautiful angel even if for just a short time.
Along with her parents, Dae’Lynn leaves behind her maternal Grandparents: Joan and Anthony Phillips; paternal Grandmother: Leandra Street; Uncle Davionte Mathis (Maggie Holland), Aunt Amiya Mathis (Joshua Johnson), Uncle De’Arieun (Tink) Hicks, Aunt Karsyn Moore; Uncle De’Andre Street, Aunt Dominiece Hicks, Uncle Jay Jones, Aunt Jaleah Jones, Uncle Jordan Jones; maternal great Grandparents: Sally and Ted Robl, Sandie and Michael Moore; maternal great Aunt and Uncle: Susan and Kevin Malone; and paternal great Aunt Aermiss Coleman.
Dae’Lynn was preceded in death by her great Grandmother: Rhonda Street (Nana); Uncle Corin Moore; great Aunt Carlotta Latoya Dorae Wilkerson; and great Uncle Todd Street.
