Byron “Doc” Schull, age 95, passed away on Tuesday November 29, 2022 at his residence in Richmond. He was born in Muncie, Indiana on June 16, 1927 to Noel A. and Carrie M. (Moyer) Schull.

Byron is a WWII United States Army Air Corps Veteran and was a member of First Christian Church, former president of Wayne County Bowling Association, former Master Richmond Lodge #196, former HP King Soloman Chapter #4, former IM Wayne Council #10 and former Commander Richmond Comm #8. He worked as a pharmacist at many local pharmacies including Phillips, Lukens, Beermans, Mac’s Vitafair and retired from K-mart pharmacy.

yron will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Survivors include his children Jayne Kercheval of Indianapolis, Indiana, Mark (Kim) Schull of Williamsburg, Indiana, Noela Gay Beckley of Richmond, Indiana, and Ted (Beth) Schull of Pennsylvania; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

yron is preceded in death by his parents; wife Betty; brother Stanley Schull and grandson Brian Kercheval. Services for Byron will be held at 6:00 PM on Monday December 5, 2022 at Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary, Cindy Ploughe will officiate. A Masonic service will take place after. Visitation will be from 4:00-6:00 PM on Monday December 5, 2022.
