Brandon Boomershine, age 31 of Richmond, Indiana passed away surrounded by his loved ones on December 19, 2022, after a lifelong battle with addiction and depression. Brandon was fighting to overcome these struggles and striving to be the father and husband he had always dreamt of being. Brandon, or B Brezzy, or B Rose as we all knew him, was very much on the path to recovery. His huge charismatic personality and sense of humor will always be remembered. Brandon had an intense love of music and could often be found rapping, singing and dancing. He also had a love for soccer, Brandon had received a full scholarship to IU for his sportsmanship.

His biggest passion in life was his wife, Brooke Boomershine and his children Bailey, Kahrri, Jay, Jamie, Little Brandon, Carter and his unborn child (Athena or Apollo). The love that Brandon and Brooke shared was like something out of a story book. Pure and very much unconditional! They really were each other’s whole world. Brandon loved each and every one of his children more than life itself! He is also survived by his parents Alvin (Nancy) Peters; his father Gary (Brandi) Rose; sisters Ammie and Emily; sister/cousins Meggan Kelly; Bobbie Ammerman and Sierra Henry, everyone knew he would go to war for those three. The bond they had was very much unbreakable, his grandfather Daniel Rose, uncle Clint Rose; uncle Clark Harshbarger brother Tommy Damrell, Little Gary Rose and childhood best friend James Lagunes.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Sandra (Cookie) Hill, Shaun Michael Collins his sobriety and life coach and special friend.

Ephesians 6:10
Now my beloved ones, I have saved these most important truths for last: Be supernaturally infused with strength through your life-union with the Lord Jesus.
