INDOT plans U.S. 40 light changes

The Indiana Department of Transportation will alter the traffic lights at both U.S. 40 intersections with 12th Street in Richmond. INDOT will put flashing signals at the 12th Street intersections with East Main Street and North A Street. ‘Black material’ in cooler an issue inspectors cite 

Inspectors discovered three critical and 19 noncritical violations during recent routine inspections of local establishments. $1.1M powers Centerville electrical upgrade

In about 19 minutes, Centerville’s council spent about $905,000 and celebrated receiving a $1.1 million grant.
