Stephen Dale Chesher, 75, of Spiceland passed away Tuesday morning, October 18, 2022 at Henry Community Health. He was born October 30, 1946 in Henry County, Indiana, a son of the late Charles and Margaret (McCaslin) Chesher.
A graduate of Spiceland Academy, Steve retired from Chrysler Corporation in New Castle after 33 years of service. He enjoyed motorcycle riding, fishing and playing pool.
Survivors include three children, Eric (Kristy) Chesher, Teresa Chesher and Israel Chesher, all of Spiceland; five grandchildren, Makenzie, Harley, Brianna, Cody and Samantha; two great grandchildren, Hayden & Juneth; siblings, Connie Chesher of Florida, Sandra (Jack) West of Florida and Frank (Tammy) Chesher of New Castle and several nieces & nephews.
In addition to his parents, Steve was preceded in death by a daughter, Amy and a grandson Patrick.
