Richard Lee Bailey, age 66, of New Castle, passed away Monday, March 20, 2023, at his home. He was born January 24, 1957, in New Castle, Indiana to the late Kenneth & JoAnn (White) Bailey
Richard was a man that lived life to its fullest. He loved to talk about his daughter and grandchildren. Had a witty sense of humor and loved to talk. He was a stubborn man, but would give the shirt off of his back to any one in need. He loved the Indianapolis Colts. More than anything his time with his family & friends was what he enjoyed most.
Richard is survived by his daughter; Ashley (Francisco Raymundo-Lopez) Bailey and 3 grandchildren; Adriana Bailey, Isaac Genaro-Bailey & Francisco Raymundo Jr.
Richard was proceeded in death by his parents listed above brother Jim Bailey as well as other siblings.
In honoring the family’s wishes there will be no services at this time.
