Curtis R. Gossett, age 64, of Richmond, Indiana, died Saturday, February 4, 2023, at Reid Health after health complications. Curtis was born January 27, 1959.
Curtis was a life-long resident of this area. He worked at Colorbox for 40+ years. Curtis was a diehard Cleveland Browns and L. A. Dodgers fan, and he also followed IU basketball. When he was able, he loved hunting, fishing, golfing, and attending the Indy 500. As Curtis got older, he loved to ride his four-wheeler and spend time in the woods. He had a joke for every occasion. Known as “Reverend” Curtis, he led a service every Sunday at The Brown Jug.
Survivors include his brothers, Greg, Mark and John; and his sissy Carla, and spouses; many nieces and nephews; as well as many, many close friends, too numerous to name. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl Gossett, and Lois and Jim Dudas Curt’s wishes were to be cremated and have a summer party at the farm.
