John Bradley Sweney, Jr., 36, of Connersville, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 18, 2023.
He was born November 2, 1986 in Connersville, one of two sons of John Bradley Sweney, Sr. and Connie White Sweney. He was a graduate of Greenfield High School.
He had most recently been working for UNICEF.
A lover of life, John loved everyone and every animal. He was a very kind, soft hearted person who genuinely cared about people.
John attended Crosspointe Biker Church. He was very charismatic about Christ and his Christian faith.
Survivors include his parents, John and Connie Sweney of Connersville; his brother, Justin (Eleana) Sweney of Westfield, Indiana; two nieces, Destiny and Gabriella Sweney of Westfield; and aunts, uncles, and cousins who loved him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, David Sweney, Sr. and Lorena Sweney; maternal grandparents, Milton and Sarah White; and a cousin, David Gardner.
Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 28, 2023 at Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Tim Fluty officiating. Burial will follow in Village Creek Cemetery.
