Western Wayne Schools’ Board of School Trustees announced plans Thursday for an executive session and special meeting on the afternoon of Monday, April 22.
The executive session, which is closed to the public, will begin at 3 p.m. at the Western Wayne Schools Administrative Building, 519 Queen St. in Pershing. The purpose of the executive session is to receive information about and interview prospective employees, according to school board president Kevin Munchel in a news release.
At 4:15 p.m., after the executive session concludes, the school board will conduct a special meeting to conduct whatever business comes before the board and, if necessary, take action on any of that business. That meeting is open to the public.
