Three archery teams competed at the Indiana NASP State 3D and Eastern National Bullseye tournaments at the Indiana State Fairgrounds on March 21.
Northeastern’s Middle and High School teams will continue to the National Bullseye Tournament in Louisville, Kentucky, May 7-9. The high school team ranked 30th with 3,171 points; the middle school squad finished 15th with 3,121.
Individually, Western Wayne Elementary’s Penelope Anguiano scored 227 points, ranking 4th among 25 fourth grade girls.
Hagerstown Jr./Sr. High School saw junior Lucy Neuman score 272, placing 27th out of 83 competitors. Seventh grader Alexis Cline finished 127th out of 143 with a score of 220.
