Hot air balloons were inflated on the lawn of Glen Miller Park’s golf course Wednesday, June 4, as a part of the 1stBLOOM&GLOW fundraiser that celebrates the first blooms of the season at the adjacent Richmond Rose Garden.
Residents enjoyed food and desserts from area eateries and Pat O’Neal’s music in the Richmond Rose Garden. The event, part of the annual 1stBLOOM&GLOW, raised funds for the organization whose volunteers maintain the grounds at one of the city’s most photogenic landscape spots.
