City of Richmond officials are expecting thousands of people to attend K9 Officer Seara Burton’s Sunday viewing.

Nearby parking will be scarce because the parking lots of the City Building, Wayne County Courthouse, and Annex Building are reserved for law enforcement and first responders.

Other parking locations are listed on the map. A free shuttle service will run between these lots and the Richmond City Building, or guests can choose to walk to the visitation.

The line to enter the building will be in the City Building’s upper parking lot on the south side of the building.

Shuttles will start running at 1 p.m. Sunday. Visitation hours are from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
