Robert Jackson ‘Jack’ Shiflett, 90, of Sullivan, formerly of Cambridge City, Indiana, passed away at 10:54 p.m. Sunday February 11, 2024 in Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center.
Graveside services will be in Cambridge City, Indiana at a later date. Jack was born May 19, 1933 in Richmond, Indiana, the son of Rolla Jackson and Vivian Spalding Shiflett. He had been a Technical Services Representative for ALCOA Aluminum. He was a U. S. Navy veteran of the Korean War. Jack married Frainke Jane Yager on August 17, 1954 in Cambridge City, Indiana.
Surviving is his wife Frankie of Sullivan, daughter Madeline (Herb) Bricker of Sullivan; son Robert Jackson Shiflett, II of Huntington, Indiana; several grandchildren and great grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, two sisters and daughter-in-law Teri Shiflett.
