Frankie Colene (Burchett) Marcum age 80, of Spiceland, passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born February 11, 1943, in Albany, Kentucky to the late Johnny & Elizabeth (Dicken) Burchette.
Visitation for Colene will be Monday November 20, 2023, at Rose City Funeral Home, 2011 Broad ST in New Castle, from 1:00 ~ 3:00 PM with a funeral service to immediately follow at 3:00 PM.
