Dorothy L. Phillips Newton of Richmond, Indiana, 86 years old, passed away October 25, 2023 at hospice with heart complications in Florida.
Siblings: Bobby Long, Fred Phillips, Bud Phillips.
Surviving children: Damaris Hartmier, Michael Newton.
Grandchildren: Heather Phillips, Blake Hartmier, Logan Hartmier, Kyle Hartmier, Alexander Hartmier, Justin Smith.
Memorial service will be held November 16, 2023 at Brewer and Sons Funeral Home in Dunedin, Florida, at 11 a.m. ‘till 12:30.
