Roberta “Ann” Kemper, passed away at Heritage House of Richmond on February 7, 2022. She was born May 18, 1949, the daughter of Helen Marie Kemper Tuttle and Cecil Alcorn, in Lancaster, Kentucky.
Ann came to Richmond at an early age and since then been a longtime resident. She was a graduate of Richmond High School and last employed at Golden Rule as a CNA. She liked listening to oldies but goodies and reminiscing about old times and loved classic cars.
She leaves to cherish her memory, two sisters: Kathy Jones of Colorado and Jackie Tuttle of Richmond, IN; nieces: Nikki Tuttle, Colorado, Lachelle Tuttle, Richmond, IN, LaDonna Tuttle, Richmond, IN, Monique Jones, Colorado; nephew: Tyson Tuttle, Colorado; many great nieces and nephews; aunt: Mary Kemper; and cousins: Elaine (Carl) Radford, Indianapolis, IN, May Belle and Junior Kemper, Kokomo, IN and Tim Kemper, Kokomo, IN.
She is preceded in death by her mother: Helen Tuttle; and special cousins: Albert and Alberta Williams.
