Rebecca A. Cranor, age 77, of Greens Fork, Indiana, died Saturday, January 22, 2022, at her home.

Born September 18, 1944, in New Castle, Indiana, to Richard K. and Nina M. Nicholson Cranor, Rebecca was a life-long resident of Wayne County, Indiana. She graduated from Greens Fork High School in 1962 and earned an associate degree from William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri. Rebecca worked in marketing and in the trust department at U.S. Bank. She enjoyed fashion design and had previously worked at L.S. Ayres. Rebecca also had an embroidery business, Rebecca’s Creative Designs. She was a member of First English Lutheran Church. Rebecca formerly served on the board of The Salvation Army. She admired the Amish way of living and did many things their way.

Survivors include her sisters, Beverly Cranor of Richmond and Cinda Cranor of Kettering, Ohio, and many friends and Amish neighbors, including special friends, Jacob and Susan King.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Graveside service for Rebecca A. Cranor will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, January 27, 2022, at Greens Fork South Cemetery with Pastor John R. Walker officiating. Arrangements are being handled by Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.
