Jackie Ray Franklin, 60, of New Castle passed away on Tuesday, January 18th, 2022, peacefully at his home. Jackie came into the world with a bang on July 4, 1961, in Frankfort, Indiana to the late Benjamin & Margaret (Howe) Franklin.
Jackie from the very moment he found out he was going to be a father, fell in love with his daughter. Elizabeth was the apple of his eye and she was daddy’s little girl. She had him wrapped around her finger from birth. Jackie loved the simple things in life and valued the small things. Jackie loved watching WWE Wrestling on TV.
Jackie is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth (Abhishek) Choudhary: grandson Kaidon Montes- Franklin, ex-wife Patricia Orr; 2 brothers Jessee & Frank Franklin; sister Estell (David) Franklin as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, and brother Rickie Howe.
In honoring Jackie’s wishes, there will be no public services.
