Gerald “Jerry” Duane Van Note, July 14, 1952 – February 21, 2022
Gerald “Jerry” Van Note transitioned at Reid Hospital in Richmond, Indiana on February 21, 2022 due to a pulmonary embolism. He was born in Winchester, Indiana on July 14, 1952.
Jerry is survived by his husband David Good; children Michael Van Note, Sarah Scobey (Chad), and Rachel Lampley (Brandon); grandchildren Gabriel, Hayden, Hannah, Christian, and Ethan; great grandson Logan; brother Kent Van Note (Heidi); niece Nicole and nephew Ryan; cousin Joyce Siegler.
Jerry was preceded in death by his mother Jeanette Van Note in 2005 and grandmother Florence Keener in 1974.
Jerry was a dedicated nurse at Reid Hospital for many years. He was well known for loving to play and fix accordions throughout the Midwest. He especially loved spending time with his family and friends.
There will be a private service for family at a later date and time.
