Doris Louise Joyce, 93, of Richmond, died Friday, December 30, 2022, at Reid Health.
She was born on May 20, 1929 to Harold and Eva (Weaver) Kenworthy and was a life long resident of Wayne County. Doris had been employed at Philco Ford in Connersville and as a CNA at several area nursing homes.
Survivors include 4 children, David Joyce, Linda Frame, Darrell Joyce and Cheryl Joyce; 7 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; 4 siblings, Alice Ladd, Dorothy Oaks, Joyce Miller and Bobby Kenworthy; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Joyce in 1983; a daughter, Sharon Rhoades and 4 siblings, Howard Kenworthy, Ralph Kenworthy, Helen Hutchison and Kenny Kenworthy.
Visitation will be 1 to 2 PM on Wednesday, January 4, at Culberson Funeral Home, Hagerstown. Services will follow at 2:00 PM. Burial will be in Brick Cemetery.
