Delcie Marie Cauble, 81, of Centerville, Indiana passed away on December 31, 2021. She was born August 15, 1940 in Rockcastle County, Kentucky to the late Willie Lakes and Elva Smith Lakes.
Delcie attended First Baptist Church of Centerville. She enjoyed horseback riding and cooking.
She is survived by her aunts Almeda Smith of Centerville, Indiana, Dorotha Markey of Richmond, Indiana and Shirley Smith of Florida; uncle Barry (Karen) Smith of Zionsville, Indiana; special granddaughter Taylor Chappel and special friend James W. Day Jr. and his family. She also leaves a host of family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her spouse Jackie Cauble and numerous aunts and uncles.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday January 5, 2022 at Community Family Funeral Home at 11am, where calling hour will be held from 10am-11am. Burial will be held at Crownhill Cemetery. Rev. Jeff Langley (cousin) will be officiating.
