Dave Crowe, 77, of Connersville, passed away Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at Reid Health, Richmond.
He was born November 12, 1944 in Connersville to Denzil and Pauline Crowe and was a graduate of Connersville High School.
On July 3, 1995, he married Pamela Sue Dunaway in Sevierville, Tennessee. Mrs. Crowe survives.
Dave worked for D&M as well as Philco-Ford for several years. He was also employed as the security guard for J&J Packaging. Most recently, he worked at Moose Lodge as the administrator.
In his leisure, he enjoyed watching baseball and basketball games. He also coached youth baseball for many years.
Survivors besides his wife of 26 years, Pamela Sue Crowe, include five children, Rick Crowe, Michael Crowe, Karen (Michael) Oler, and Paula (Todd) Lee, all of Connersville, and Renee (Tony) Smith of Liberty; two great grandchildren that he raised, Jeremy Gabbard and Joey Gabbard, both of Connersville; eleven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild; a sister, Susan Kay (Duane) Taylor-Risselman of Connersville; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his step-father, Ben Rader; a daughter, Linda Kay Thompson, who passed in February of 2005; and two brothers, Gary Crowe and Joe Crowe.
Per Dave’s request, there will be no services. Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
