Daniel Lothair Taylor, 73,of Hagerstown, was born June 21st, 1948 and he passed away, peacefully in his sleep, on Friday April 15th 2022. Over the past few years, his memories may have faded but his love for his family and friends never changed. He leaves a legacy of love and laughter with a charge to spread the joy of music and dancing while living life to the fullest. Daniel is preceded in death by his mom and dad, Dorothy and Bernard Taylor, his brother Donald Taylor and his loving wife Diana (Brown) Taylor. Daniel is survived by his sister, Ginger Leeka (Paul), brother Tony Taylor, his three sons, Warren Taylor (Kelly), Charles “Spence” Taylor and Curtis Taylor as well as his grandchildren Sonia Dismukes, Lyric Taylor, Rowan Taylor and Ayden Taylor. A Celebration of Life gathering is planned for Tuesday evening April 19th from 5-7pm at the Hagerstown Congregational Christian Church UCC (201 S Washington St, Hagerstown.) Celebration will be held in the Fireside Room. All who would like to come by to visit, share stories, memories and to celebrate Dan, are welcome to attend. A graveside service will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, April 20, at West Lawn Cemetery, Hagerstown.
