Carrie Lynn Mullins, age 56, of Richmond, passed away January 16, 2022. She was born September 19, 1965, the daughter of Richard Faddis and Elizabeth Swank Reed.
Carrie had been employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant in various Nursing Homes.
She is survived by her son: Dustin Mullins and his wife Jenny; three grandchildren: Juliaughna, Malakai and Jonavon; an estranged husband, Stevie Mullins, whereabouts unknown; three brothers: Billy Maiden, Richard Faddis and Frank Maiden; three sisters: Ruby Doles, Becky Maiden and Veronica Duncan; and a special friend, Julie O’Brien.
Carrie is preceded in death by her parents, and a soul mate, Steven Burgess.
