Beverly Ann McKnight, age 67, of Richmond, Indiana, died Saturday, August 27, 2022, at home, surrounded by her family.

Born January 20, 1955, in McKee, Kentucky, to Calvin and Beatrice (Gabbard) Parrett, Beverly was a life-long resident of Richmond. She attended Richmond High School and Ivy Tech. Beverly retired after working as an administrative assistant for the Indiana Football Hall of Fame and had formerly worked at CSDC for many years. She loved her family, her grandkids, and spending time with her friends. Beverly was especially fond of her cat, Peyton, and her dog, Romeo. She was a member of First Southern Missionary Baptist Church, which was founded by her grandfather, Rev. Troy Gabbard.

Survivors include her daughters, Brandi (Billy) Booher of Centerville, Indiana and Krissy McKnight of Indianapolis, Indiana; partner, Gary Kitchel of Richmond; grandchildren, Aubree, Darien, Fasia, and Kinsley; great-grandchildren, Ivory and Abel; brother, Gary Parrett; aunts, uncles; nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Danny Parrett.

Memorial visitation for Beverly McKnight will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.
