Betty Rose Whalen-Griffith, age 95, passed away on August 15, 2022, with her son by her side. Betty was born on December 14, 1926, in Richmond, Indiana. She was the daughter of the late Jess and Virgie Wright.
She loved being a mother and grandmother and she valued spending time with her family and friends.
Betty will be thought of often by her son, Joseph Whalen of Connersville; stepdaughter, Connie Knecht of Connersville; and her good friend, Karen Bowers of Liberty.
Respecting and honoring her wishes, Betty has chosen cremation. Private services will be conducted by Father Dustin Boehm at the convenience of the family.
