Tony Goeke Jr., 64, of Richmond died July 29, 2021, unexpectedly at Reid Health. He was born August 31, 1956, in Richmond to Anthony C. and Blanche Kohowski Goeke Sr. and lived here all his life. He worked as an extruder operator at Belden Corporation.
Tony was a member of the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish. He was a talented artist. He designed and built his family’s home. He loved his Polaris Ranger riding up and down country roads to visit his neighbors. He also loved music and was a perfectionist. Tony was the kindest and happiest fellow you would want to meet.
Tony is survived by his wife of 39 years Jackie, two sons Anthony C. Goeke III and Elliott Goeke of Pheonix, Arizona, two sisters Tonia Vecera of New Paris, Ohio and Camille DeBorde of Richmond, nieces and nephews, and his pet dog Carlie June. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be 5:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 4, 2021, at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Sengole Gnanaraj officiating. Friends may call Wednesday from 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
