Steven B. “Steve” Hayes, age 54, of Richmond, Indiana, died unexpectedly Thursday, March 4, 2021, at his home.
Born May 26, 1966, in Richmond, Indiana, to Clyde B. and Marilyn Dull Hayes, Steve was a life-long resident of Wayne County, Indiana. He graduated from Hagerstown High School. Steve was very patriotic. He loved to cook and enjoyed feeding others.
Survivors include his brothers, Dan Hayes of Richmond, Timmy (Heidi) Hayes of New Castle, Indiana, and Bob Hayes of Union, Ohio; nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Marilyn Rowe.
A memorial service for Steven B. “Steve” Hayes will be announced by the family at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.
