Sandra Casteel, 79 of Crothersville, IN, passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2021, at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour, IN.
Born December 18, 1941, in Hagerstown, IN, she is the daughter of Robert Samuel Dale and Wilma Marcel (Foutz) Marsh.
She was a 1959 Hagerstown High School graduate. Sandra was a retiree of Dana Perfect Circle in Hagerstown, IN.
Sandra was a former resident of Largo, Florida where she liked spending time on the beach. When her health started to decline, she moved back to Indiana settling in Crothersville. She enjoyed staying at home and working on puzzles and watching the I D channel on television.
Survivors include 1 daughter, Diane (Belinda Wright) Casteel, 2 sons, Darrin Casteel and Chad Casteel all of Crothersville, IN, 4 grandchildren, Jenny Lester of Greenwood, IN, Chris Lester of Clarksville, IN, Alicia Casteel of Crothersville, IN, Skylar Casteel of Largo, Florida, and 2 great-grandchildren, Dirk and Micah Moore, 1 brother, Jeffery (Ken Young) Marsh of Hagerstown, IN.
She was preceded in death by both parents and her brother Michael Marsh.
Cremation services have been entrusted to Adams Family Funeral Home & Crematory in Scottsburg.
A Celebration of life will be celebrated at Diane’s home on Saturday, May 29, 2021, from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at 6472 S US HWY 31, Crothersville, IN 47229. Memorial gifts may be given to the family at www.AdamsFuneralHomeonline.com (under the donate tab) to help with final expenses.
